The luxurious Iron Gate Hotel is housed in a renovated 14th century building with its own private courtyard. Though beautifully appointed, the lobby is fairly small and features a modest reception desk and a compact seating area. In contrast, the 43 suites and studios are extremely spacious. They boast genuine antique furniture, original 14th century frescos and decorative wooden ceilings. There’s also WI-FI Internet connection in all public areas. Down in the medieval cellars of the hotel is Restaurant Zelezná Brata, which provides the Iron Gate's own version of the Bohemian experience with vaulted ceilings and gypsy musicians. It serves both regional specialities and international cuisine. Alternatively the Café Bogner offers delicious snacks, desserts and refreshing drinks, all of which can be enjoyed on the summer terrace.
