The hotel is located just a few steps from the business and cultural centre of Prague. It enjoys a unique situation on a quiet street only 50 metres from Wenceslas Square, with the National Museum and Old Town Square in close proximity.

The K+K Hotel Fenix is housed in a turn of the century Art Nouveau building that blends in well with the surrounding architecture. The medium-sized lobby is attractively appointed with marble floors, red rugs and wicker furniture and benefits from plenty of natural light. The reception area faces the bar on the right hand side and incorporates plenty of comfortable seating. Though slightly small, the 128 guestrooms are elegantly furnished in a modern style and feature neutral décor. All are well maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms. The hotel offers a rich Continental buffet every morning in the bright, welcoming breakfast room, which is located on the ground floor, to the rear of the reception area, next to the conference rooms.
